Fluorite derives its name from the Latin word fluere meaning `to flow`. Our Fluorite beads are transparent to translucent gems having body colors of green, blue, yellow, brown, gold, purple, lilac in a striated pattern or with a full colored body. The element which makes up this stone is the same as the one creating human teeth and bone.
