Freshwater pearls are noted for their wide range of color in shades of white, silvery white, pink, salmon, red, copper, peacock, bronze, brown, lavender, purple, green, blue, cream, and yellow.  Their shapes can be coin, potato (off round), stick (biwa), oval, button, baroque, round, square, rice, and melon seed (pear).  The freshwater pearl color can be a function of the mussell's mantle color or can be color treated to any hue in the color spectrum.  Recent fashion trends have dictated the usage of color treatments to create a larger color palette for the jewelry designer.  We think you will find our freshwater pearls to be a great design companion for color, shape, and value.
